I will be experimenting with using Google Glass to do informal interviews at CI 2014.
It will be interesting to see in what ways Google glass will make the interviewing easier or harder. Some people are likely to come up to me, intrigued by the Glass. Other people may be suspicious that I am surreptitiously videotaping and back away. But I am hoping most most people will find it a rather relaxing and natural way to have a conversation.
The goal of the conversations will be to get people’s ideas about what strategies can help to advance collective intelligence as a field of inquiry, as a discipline.
We will see what happens.
